Marla Taviano is a friend who has undergone a significant faith shift. Her story is a difficult one. She is a wonderful writer and in recent years has released two books of poetry. The first titled, unbelieve: poems on the journey to becoming a heretic and jaded: a poetic reckoning with white evangelical christianity. Both books tell the story of her journey as well as possibly give words to other’s journeys.
