Lenten Resources-Episode 210
This week looks a bit different on Faith Conversations. I wanted to remind everyone that the season of Lent is right around the corner. Ash Wednesday 2020 is February 26. On this episode you’ll hear several voices highlighting a variety of Lenten and Holy Week devotionals. This will give you time to order one if you like a resource to walk you through Lent or aid you on your journey. Mike Murphy starts things off as he and I highlight a few that leaped out at us, and then I’m joined by 3 authors who have written new books for this upcoming season.
Katherine Sonderegger joins me first. She and co-author Margaret Adams Parker have written and illustrated Praying the Stations of the Cross: Finding Hope in a Weary Land. Then Leah Schade talks about her devotional For the Beauty of the Earth, followed by Emily DeArdo telling about her book Living Memento Mori: My Journey through the Stations of the Cross.
